Species:; owl.
Description of Animal(s):; these birds originated as identical to arctic owls. over time and through generations, however, experts began to tamper with them to alter their forms. in accordance with their element, the spots of these owls now appear as the universal symbols for sound; music notes. when summoned, their eye color exactly replicates that of their summoner's. this often means they have white-silver eyes, for this trait runs strong through the odik family. their size depends on their intended use; as this use is generally consistent, most summoners will conjure birds of the same size. height can range from fourteen to thirty-seven inches, with wingspans of fourty-three to sixty-six inches long. they can weigh anything from two to eight pounds.
Passive or Dominant?:; passive.
Power level:; average; while the larger birds can be used in battle, their strength lies in tasks of nonviolence.

Technique's:;
mimic long range
these birds are gifted with the ability to perfectly mimic any sound, no matter what it is. this includes copying volume. it can be used for any number of things, from delivering messages to retelling events to deceit.
sonar long range
with echolocation, they can easily track targets and see beyond the information given to them by their eyes. this skill is powered at a natural average; it only gives them the same capabilities as a bat or a dolphin would have.
retain n/a
these owls can memorize anything and everything. each generation shares a collective, limitless memory; from the first creature summoned to the newest, they all have access to the same information from an every-growing database. whether or not they'll share that info (even with their summoner) is another question, however. combining this with their mimicking talent, these birds have learned how to easily communicate with wolves and several other species as well.
pierce medium range
when attacking, they'll often screech loudly to disorientate their victims. this goes beyond the average scream; with the same sound manipulation that their summoners maintain, they can effectively create the exact pitches that can temporarily paralyze, nauseate, or disturb.
