APPEARANCE INFO
Brief Appearance
Perspica's fur is dark red with black patches of fur. Her eyes are lucid gray, but are also tinged with red.
Appearance
Perspica's pelt is really dark red, almost black, but you can tell it isn't quite dark enough to be black when you see the almost inked-in looking patches of black fur at the tips of her ears, the tip of her tail, her chest, her paws, and her forehead. She looks average in weight and tone, if not a little scrawny, but she does this purposely to lure her enemies into a false sense of security: she is actually very muscular and can outrun and/or evade most attacks. Her gray eyes don't really show emotion, yet you can tell when she is getting angry, for her tinge of red in her eye becomes more noticeable the angrier she is. Her nose is also black. Surprisingly, she has very few scars, despite being an Assasian. There is only one that is noticeable, right across her muzzle. One she has not gotten from a target of hers, but from her own parents.
Perspica's voice always sounds cold, and her eyes seem to see right through you into your very soul. When she growls, it seems to resonate, and can make even the toughest of wolves cower. Despite her constantly killing, she always smells sweet, like honey and cherry blossoms. Her smile is very seductive, even though she hardly intends it to be sometimes. The laugh she has always sounds forced, even when it's genuine. Her tongue is mostly black, not that many see it, as she doesn't stick it out in a joking manner, nor tire easily. Her fangs always look as if someone has sharpened and polished them. Her claws were actually chopped off when she was a pup, though, and have not grown back. When her fur bristles and she growls, it seems as though she has grown 5 times taller, even though she physically hasn't; her presence has. It is rare to hear her laugh or see her smile, as she never seems to enjoy herself. There is no light in her eyes besides the tinge of red, which shows her anger and frustration, but little else. The only time her eyes gets a gleam in them is when she is doing her job, and even then, it's only if she is going against someone who she considers to be a worthy adversary. Otherwise, her eyes are constantly narrowed, and don't show friendliness in them. She has no master mark as of yet, as she had not finished her training when her parents died.

Personality
Ever since she was a pup, Perspica's learned not to attach herself to anything by her parents. Therefore, if she desired anything, she was sure not to get it. If she had an obsession, she had to lock it away somewhere. It was part of her training to be the Assasian she is now. The first time she had to kill another wolf, she almost couldn't do it, as it was taking a life. Now, she does it on a constant basis, thinking of it more like a game of chess than anything else: one must be extinguished for progress to be made, even a simple pawn.
Perspica never seems to be happy unless she is defeating a worthy opponent. She also used to be excited about learning, but has had that snuffed out of her. Now, very few have ever seen any sort of twinkle in her eyes, or sign of happiness. She is very intimidating when she wants to be, and can be charming and seductive. It is not uncommon for all eyes to be drawn to her whenever she enters an area. Even though she hates crowds, as it makes her feel a lot less stealthy, she does do okay in them if that is what the alpha wishes. She does believe in killing, but in an honorable way. Whenever she kills, she leaves her victim in the open where they can be seen and tended to. Never has she let them lay completely isolated. This accomplishes two things: it warns others not to cross her alpha, as well as giving the pack the opportunity to tend to the dead wolf the way they see fit.
Perspica is very lonely, but she prefers it that way. In fact, when she's alone, it's the only time she can allow herself to relax, as that is the only time she is not being judged by others. She uses that time to plot her next killing, sleep, or reflect. She is constantly keeping an eye out for anything suspicious, and always stares someone in the eye when they talk so she can tell whether they are lying, and to purposely make them nervous. She doesn't take pleasure in it, but the truth tends to come out from nervousness more often than from a relaxed atmosphere. The one person who has ever seen her relax without being completely by herself is the alpha. While she does intimidate others when she can, she is also very respectful to everyone, the alpha in particular. When she talks, she keeps her sentences short and to the point. She has learned to never talk back to anyone, even if she disagrees with them, so she doesn't. Rather, she tries to show those she disagrees with that they are wrong through action and visuals. No matter how much pain she's in, she never cries.

HISTORY INFO
Family
Deceased parents; deceased brothers and sisters.
History
Perspica's parents were both Assassins for different packs. In fact, they met by fighting, her mother trying to kill the Alpha her father was working for. They both kept clashing, never able to defeat each other, getting to know each other by their frequent fighting. Finally, when her father was away on a mission, her mother succeeded in killing the Alpha of his pack, and made a clean get-away. Unfortunately for her, Perspica's father's mission was to kill the Alpha of her mother's pack, and that is what he did while she was out killing his. She caught him trying to get away, and they fought one last time.
Finally, there was a victor. Her father had mastered a spell called the Shadow's snare, which is the first spell Perspica's learned. Her mother did not die, however, since she was defeated, it would be dishonorable for her to live. So, her father kidnapped her mother and made it look like she had died in an honorable battle between Assassins. He took her to Inu Island, the least likely place anyone would recognize either of them, and they started a new life. Unfortunately, the assassin god did not appreciate their running away. In fact, it was hugely disrespectful for neither of them to stay and serve the new Alphas of the pack. He waited until it would hurt them the most to hand down his punishment.
This is where Perspica and her siblings enter the world. Her parents, both Assassin masters, trained her and her siblings as soon as they started walking. They were both Assassins under the Inu Alpha as well. Perspica showed the most promise of all her siblings, and as such, she was admired more, but also punished much more harshly for any wrong-doing. During one of the lessons, she "talked back" to her parents, telling them she could not use the spell they were trying to teach her. She couldn't get the hang of it, and she didn't want to use it in the first place. For that, her father took his claw and raked it across her muzzle. As she screamed in pain, he said, "Don't talk back." The scar still has not healed.
One day, a whole clan of Assassins came to Inu Island, and her parents tried to fend them off. However, it wasn't the Alpha these Assassins were after: it was Perspica's parents. Martial decided the punishment for their actions was their deaths, and the deaths of all their children. When her father died fighting them, her mother rounded up all of her siblings and herself and started running. She and her siblings were all killed, but Perspica managed to live. To do so, she had to do something more horrid than she ever had done at that point: hide, using her mother's dead body. The Assassins, believing their work to be done, vanished without a trace. That was when Perspica became cold.
She became the pack's new Assassin, eager to serve the Alpha. Since she has become so, Martial has kept an eye on her. If she steps a single toe out of line in her eyes, she is likely to be killed straight away. Some speculate Perspica is after revenge, which she isn't. She had mixed feelings about her family, and quite glad to be rid of them, but being an Assassin is the only thing she knows. Her siblings "practiced" on her all the time when she was asleep, so she had no love for them, and her parents were too harsh in trying to train her. She felt too many emotions at their deaths that she closed them all off so she felt nothing, and that is what she often does now: makes herself feel nothing.

Spells
Shadow snare: This spell requires the manipulation of shadows to trap the opponent and hold them down. The spell is not used long, and is more used to trip up the opponent than actually keep them trapped. It is tricky to use, as if you manipulate the shadows wrong, you could potentially trap yourself with the spell and die.
Body of fire: This is an intimidation tactic, mostly. It involves lighting the air around you on fire, making your exact shape. These are made to trip up and scare the opponent. However, the more of these you make, not only the more fatigued you become, but the more likely you are to lose control of the wolves, or catch yourself on fire.
Propelling wind: This spell is very simple, and used for short bursts of speed. You manipulate the air around you to move faster for a short period of time. If used incorrectly, you could crash into something, unable to control yourself, or you could fall flat on your face. This cannot be used for extended periods of time.
Earth shift: This can also be used to move faster, although more often, it is used to push the opponent back. This involves controlling the earth, making the ground shift under your enemy or yourself. If done correctly, you could constantly make the ground shift under your feet to move faster. If done wrongly, you could make yourself sink into the ground, or go flying through the air in a very uncontrolled fashion. If you don't know what you're doing with this spell, you might as well not use it. After all, there is also a danger of creating crevices in the ground and falling right into them.
Shadow flame: This is a very complex spell, hard to learn and do correctly. This is one where you make a flame and you make it spread along shadows, the flame black instead of red. This flame, if made correctly, cannot be extinguished, not even by water, as the shadows around the flame protect it. It won't work if there are no shadows, and it takes up a lot of concentration and energy. When using this spell, you can't use any others, and you get less and less control over it as time wears on.
Draining net: Now this is the one that can ensure you either victory, or your own demise. You combine earth, fire, air, and darkness in order to create a net that your opponent will most certainly die in if caught in it, no matter what element they are. The air cuts at them, the fire, well, catches them on fire, the earth spikes, and the shadows not only keep them in place, but cut as well. Unfortunately, this takes MASSIVE amounts of energy and concentration. You could not have done anything taxing before making this, or you will use up all of your energy and die.

It was a dark night, the night my parents died, but nowhere near as dark as this one. My target has disappeared into the Twilight Woods, and the only way to complete my mission is to go in there. I hate the idea, of course, but I would not disobey my Alpha. I would kill this wolf, or die trying. Taking a deep breath, I run inside the woods stealthily, following after them. But, wouldn't you know it? As soon as I clear the trees, my prey is completely gone. ...No, not gone. I hear voices all around me, and I turn. I see what is left of his body before it is dragged away by some unknown force. Well, that means less work for me, so I'm not complaining. I start to leave the woods, when I hear an unsettling sound. It is coming nearer and nearer. The voices around me are all practically screaming now. What on earth is going on?
I break into a sprint, but the unsettling noise behind me is the least of my worries. Hundreds of wolves, hundreds of lost souls, are crowding around me. They have red eyes and look completely, well, evil. This is just my kind of day. They all lunge at me, and I do my best to dodge, using my assassin training to help me evade their moves. I try using my spells, but for some reason, they are completely ineffective here. I will be lost to these woods, like so many others before me. That is what I know as I jump and dive, sprint and duck. Hundreds of things attacking me at once and all I can do is run around until I have a clear path. I shoot through once I have one. I swear I'm not far enough into the woods to need to run for so long. What on earth is happening? I see sunlight in the distance, and I run toward it.
Unfortunately for me, the sunlight is an illusion, which I realize too late. It is the thing leading me to my death, probably the same thing everyone else that died in these woods ran toward, thinking they were going to get out, too. I know it's not a real way out, and I try to stop moving toward it, but I can't. It's pulling me. If you come across this, tell my Alpha I am sorry I failed him. I am sorry for many things...
